Orders for in-stock items placed before 11am GMT on weekdays will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of order. We do not ship on weekends, so if you place an order after 11am on Friday, it will ship on Monday. We also don’t ship on holidays.

Products listed as pre-order are items which have not yet been received from the manufacturer. If the expected delivery time to us is more than 30 days, we will make a note of the anticipated delivery date in the product description.

For orders containing a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, with a single shipping fee paid, the entire order will be held. Once the pre-ordered items arrive, the entire order will be shipped. If you wish to place an order mixing pre-order and in-stock items and would like to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, you will need to place two separate orders.

We offer several shipping options for both domestic UK. and international shipping. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it could take anywhere from 1 day to 8 weeks to receive your order once it ships from our facility. All UK shipping will be dispatched as standard via Royal Mail 1^st Class. UK expedited and International shipping options are available for most destinations worldwide. They will be charged on a case by case basis.
