These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below and our website terms and conditions found here. We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.
If you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact us at email@example.com.

Our Contract with You
Our acceptance of your order will take place when we (or our payments service provider on our behalf) email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.
The packaging of the product may vary from that shown in images on our website.
If we are personalising a product to meet your specifications, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you give us is correct.
We will do our best to remove any products which have sold out from our website at the earliest opportunity. As there is a delay between the time when your order is placed, and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to a particular product may change. If a product you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept your order, then we shall not be liable to you for being unable to provide that product. If such a situation arises, then we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock product.
From time to time we may have to suspend the availability of a product to:
(a) deal with technical problems or make minor technical changes in respect of our website or infrastructure;
(b) update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements; or
(c) make changes to the product as requested by you or notified by us to you.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may be entitled to return the product.
We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice. Please note that any promotions/offers on the website cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
We will pre-authorise and charge for all pre-ordered items at the time of order. This is to ensure that stock is allocated against your order. It is also sometimes necessary for the customer to confirm details contained within the order.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 11am GMT on weekdays will be shipped within 48hrs of receipt of order. We do not ship on weekends, so if you place an order after 11am on Friday, it will ship on Monday. We also don’t ship on bank holidays.
Products listed as “pre-order” are items which have not yet been received from the manufacturer. If the expected delivery time to us is more than 30 days, we will make a note of the anticipated delivery date in the product description.
For orders containing a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, with a single shipping fee paid, the entire order will be held. Once the pre-ordered items arrive, the entire order will be shipped. If you wish to place an order mixing pre-order and in-stock items and would like to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, you will need to place two separate orders.
We offer several shipping options for both domestic UK. and international shipping. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it could take anywhere from 1 day to 8 weeks to receive your order once it ships from our facility. All UK shipping will be dispatched as standard via Royal Mail 1st Class. UK expedited and International shipping options are available for most destinations worldwide. They will be charged on a case by case basis. Please enquire via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 48hrs for a response your enquiry.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if there is an unforeseen delay and we will do our best to minimise the delay. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver your order within the estimated timescales as a result of such delays.
For international deliveries, you will be the importer of record. It is your responsibility to check that the products you are planning to import comply with state and federal government import regulations, and all local requirements or restrictions which may affect delivery.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us. We will not be liable for the incorrect delivery of your order as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
Damage During Shipping / Order Mistakes
We offer a 7-day period from the receipt of your order to inspect the items for any damage. If an item has been damaged, or there’s been a mistake on our part, let us know via e-mail on email@example.com and we will give you shipping instructions for its return. The return shipping cost will be credited to your account, and a replacement item (if available) will be sent to you as soon as possible. If a replacement item is not available, the full purchase price of the damaged item will be refunded to your original method of payment.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time from placing the order until 30 days after the delivery of the product. You must return the unwanted merchandise to us using the same shipping method and protection that it was shipped to you with within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel, and the merchandise must be in the same condition when we receive it that it was in when it left our warehouse. We do not accept returns of items that are:
- Damaged caused by the purchaser.
- An item that is in a used condition.
- An item that no longer has it original tags, labelling and packaging
Once we receive the merchandise back, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of the returned goods. Neither original shipping cost nor return shipping will be credited.
The price of the product (which includes VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. These prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT but exclude delivery costs. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. Please be aware that the price of the product may change at checkout if it is subject to any taxes, duties, fees, levies or delivery charges applied in the country you have selected for delivery.
If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.
It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
We process all our payments through a payments service provider, Paypal. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that the PayPal account belongs to you or you have been specifically authorised by the owner/holder of the PayPal account to use it.
If you think an invoice is wrong please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
Limitation of Liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care and, where installed by us, correctly installed; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
